About Our Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order are not available for immediate pickup from our Showroom. Instead, they’re either flat-packed at our Service Centre or held at one of our partner warehouses and may be dispatched directly from our suppliers.

Most pre-orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, but because the stock sometimes isn’t physically on-site with us, please allow a little flexibility. If you’re unsure or need an item by a specific date, feel free to check in with us before purchasing - we’re always happy to help.

Pre-orders allow us to offer a wider range of large or bulky items without overcrowding our small showroom - so you get more choice without compromising our space.
