Horsehair Braid is a polyester crinoline netting used to stiffen and support hem edges, and to add structure and support to design elements like puff sleeves.
Can also be used to support the bust line on bodices or add decorative flair to hats or costumes. Use anywhere you need gentle, flexible reinforcement.
