Description
This simple snap-on Quarter Inch Presser Foot provides an accurate 1/4 inch seam allowance (approx. 6mm), which is generally used in patchwork but also useful for garment and craft sewing. It is an ideal foot for precise topstitching, quilting and sewing of narrow seams.
The front toes of the foot measure 1/4" (on the right) and 1/8" (on the left). The markings up the sides of the foot help when turning corners: if you stop with your needle down when the fabric edge meets the first marking and then turn, you will be perfectly set up to continue your 1/4" seam around the corner.
Will fit most low shank snap-on machines.
