A general purpose presser foot capable of a variety of stitches and functions, the basic Zig Zag foot is mostly used for your everyday straight and zig zag stitches, but the wide needle hole can also be used for joining, smocking, and fagoting, as well as to sew appliqué, shell tuck, and decorative stitches.
