Coats Gral 180

Gral 180 from Coats is a lubricated polyester thread made from pre-stabilised high tenacity continuous filament polyester. Its higher strength-to-fineness ratio and protection against needle heat and abrasion allows you to sew consistent, neat stitches, for example in blind-stitching and hemming.

Gral 180 is ideal in any application that requires neat, unobtrusive stitching. A unique stabilising process results in an extremely even stitch balance, and it is semi-transparent and blends into the fabric colour, which also reduces the need to frequently change threads. 

The Gral range from Coats is certified to Öko-Tex Standard 100, class I, the most stringent class covering textile items for babies and toddlers.

Recommended needle size 65 - 75.
